This weekend is your chance to get rid of trash you normally can't put at the curb.
A household hazardous waste collection event is being held in Port St. Lucie on Saturday.
It will run from 8 a.m. to noon at the public works complex on SW Thornhill Drive.
Residents can drop off items like computers and electronics, along with prescription drugs and much more.
