Authorities say a woman returned to a Port St. Lucie home Thursday night to find the rear sliding glass door shattered and a what appeared to be a bullet hole in the living room window.
The residence, in the 600 block of SW Lucero Drive, was not occupied at the time, according to police who said a casing was found near the rear slider.
Police have information that leads them to believe this was not a random attack and said no one was injured.
They believe the incident happened in the overnight hours of September 17-18, 2019.
