Home ransacked, car stolen in Port St. Lucie

Port St. Lucie police are investigating a home burglary in which a 1992 Gray Lincoln was stolen from the property.

Police say that car was later found burned in the 1200 block of Avenue Q in Fort Pierce.  

The burglary happened in the 2000 block of Claiph Street Sunday night.

The suspect, or suspects,  entered through a garage window and forced open a door into the home.

In addition to taking the car, the home was ransacked and a 46” TV was stolen.
