A man jailed in St. Lucie County faces 349 counts of production of child pornography, possession of child pornography and video voyeurism, according to the sheriff’s office.
52-year-old Tracy James Justice was first arrested on March 14 and charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and five counts of distribution of child pornography, the sheriff’s office said.
Investigators later determined that Justice used secret cameras to record two children without their knowledge and some of the images and videos were pornographic, St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara said in a news release. "Our detectives recognized these two children were in danger of further victimization and acted swiftly to arrest Justice ensuring their safety."
The sheriff’s office doesn’t think Justice recorded any other victims but if anyone has any information they are urged to call detectives at (772) 462-3230.
Bond for Justice has been set at $2,822,500.
