Fire crews are battling wildfires in St. Lucie, Indian River Counties.
According to the Florida Forest Service, 10 homes in the Harbor Ridge community, off Becker Road, were evacuated as a precaution.
Becker Road is closed while crews work the fire.
Both north and southbound lanes of I-95 have been shut down in Fellsmere at the 153 mile marker due to heavy smoke from a brush fire, according to Fellsmere Police.
Motorists are asked to take an alternative route. Northbound traffic should exit at SR60, and Southbound traffic exit at CR512.
Officials say Fellsmere residents should expect heavy bypass traffic through town, until further notice.
This developing story will be updated as more information becomes available.

#StLucieCounty - Becker Road wildfire update - this wind driven wildfire is more challenging due to thick vegetation and spot fires. Spot fires are fires started by flying sparks or embers up to 1/4 mile ahead of the main fire pic.twitter.com/vjeFSlir4J
