If you think you spotted a celebrity in Delray Beach late last month, the odds are in your favor.
The Palm Beach County Film and Television Commission confirms Robert De Niro, Edie Falco, and Leslie Mann were all in town working on a new movie, The Comedian.
Deputy Film Commissioner Michelle Hillery says the crew spent four days filming in Palm Beach County. She said most of the filming took place in Delray Beach. It included coastal shots along A1A and scenes at Seagate Manor Condominium.
Hillary said the film’s director, Taylor Hackford, shot scenes for his 2013 movie, Parker, in Palm Beach County. The commission and Hackford formed a relationship and he wanted to come back to Palm Beach County for this movie.
The Comedian is scheduled to hit theaters next year.
