DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — A chihuahua-mix was the big winner at this weekend's 16th annual "Easter Bonnet Pet Parade" in Delray Beach.
This is the second straight year the dog, named Presley Elizabeth, has won the competition.
“I like that it brings awareness to rescues because she was rescued three years ago and she changed my life. She loves it, and she's going to get a nice filet mignon dinner tonight for her good victory,” said Rebecca Shelton, Presley Elizabeth's owner.
WPTV's Miranda Christian was one of the judges for the parade.
The participants were judged in categories such as the funniest, most tropical, and owner/doggie look-a-likes.
The proceeds benefit a local animal rescue.
