Cabo Flats in suburban Delray Beach is on this week's dirty dining list. The restaurant is on Lyons Road.
State inspectors found three dead roaches inside the kitchen oven. They found live roaches as well.
Inspectors also say employees handled dirty dishes and clean dishes at the same time, without washing their hands.

According to the report, an operator was also "not properly tracking/marking the number of days ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food prepared onsite."
The facility was temporarily closed down but has since re-opened.
