DELRAY BEACH, Fla. — An apartment building fire in Delray Beach early Tuesday morning left seven people displaced, according to fire rescue officials.
Delray Beach Fire Rescue responded to the AXIS Delray Beach apartments, 2235 Spring Harbor Dr., at 3:35 a.m. after two apartments were engulfed in flames.

Of the seven people displaced, three are children, according to the Red Cross. Delray Beach Fire Rescue said one person had to be taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
