A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Lantana Tuesday evening, according to the Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
The incident happened near Ridge Road and Gateway Drive.
Crews arrived at the scene and found the person injured, laying in the roadway.
The patient was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
