A Silver Alert has been issued for 89-year-old Clayton Edward Anderson of Boca Raton, last seen between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday.
Anderson is believed to have left his residence at 555 NW 4th Avenue driving a beige/cream colored 2013 Chevy Cruz with Florida plate 667NZN. The vehicle is registered blue.
He is described as 5 foot 10, weighing 160 pounds, with hazel eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow polo shirt, beige shorts and sandals.
Anderson has significant memory loss, officials said
