A Boca Raton mother is facing charges after police say she admitted to getting high, passing out and losing track of her son.
Neighbors called police Thursday when they saw Natalie Bradford's one-and-a-half year old boy walking around her apartment parking lot naked.
Police say the boy was alone for more than an hour.
Bradford is charged with child neglect.
