Gov. Rick Scott wants to keep Florida's economy in the “orange zone."

He stopped at Orangetheory Fitness's new corporate offices in Boca Raton Wednesday.

From here the fitness company creates daily workouts used around the world.

It employs more than 1,300 people at its studios in Florida alone.

“They’ve added 35 jobs since they moved into these new offices last year. So the state is doing well, Boca is doing well. We’re up to nearly 1.4 million jobs,” Scott said.

That 1.4 million number is the amount of jobs the governor said Florida's added since he took office.
