BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Two people were rescued from an overturned car after the driver accidentally drove into a canal Friday evening.
Deputies responded to the 9100 block of Villa Portofino Circle in Boca Raton Friday, where they found the overturned car in a canal.
Both occupants were transported to a local hospital and are expected to survive.
