A 71-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle while riding a bike in Palm Beach Gardens Sunday morning.
The woman was riding in the westbound lanes of Hood Road near the entrance of Evergreen development.
She was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver stayed on scene and was issued a citation for her involvement in the accident.
