Family and friends will lay to rest a good Samaritan who was fatally shot when he tried to help a woman who was being attacked.
Thirty-five-year-old Justin Todd was with a friend at a Jupiter bar in September when he offered a couple a ride home. Investigators say, Bryan Bacallao and his girlfriend began arguing in the backseat. When Todd intervene, he was shot in the chest.
Bacallao is charged with first-degree murder.
The service for Justin Todd will take place Saturday at 11 a.m. at Burt Reynolds Park in Jupiter.
