Three restaurant chains are on this week's Dirty Dining list.

On April 12, inspectors say they found around 10-15 dead roaches on a high shelf with takeout containers stored at China Star Restaurant at 1501 South US Highway 1 in Stuart.

They also found live roaches, "too many to count at once" when they scattered. They were found after inspectors lifted up plastic storage containers on a high shelf over a dish machine in the kitchen.

On April 8, inspectors found sewage and wastewater backing up through floor drains in Sbarro at 801 North Congress Ave. in Boynton Beach.

Ceiling and ceiling tiles were soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust or a mold-like substance at pizza station during a second inspection.

On April 12, more than 100 flies were found in the back storage and prep area at Dunkin Donuts at 500 N State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach.

The report says inspectors observed flies landing on walls and at shelves that sugar, sprinkles and single-serve deli paper is stored on.

All restaurants have since re-opened.
