Two men were arrested after deputies say their private parts were openly exposed in public at a Martin County beach.
Martin County sheriff's deputies were searching for a car involved in a hit and run crash along Bob Graham Beach Saturday afternoon, when they saw the two St. Lucie County men near a public walking trail.
Timothy Sheets of Port St. Lucie and Edward Gaban of Fort Pierce were close to each other when they were approached by police.
Both men were charged with exposure of sexual organs and given a notice to appear.
The hit and run car was not found, deputies say.
