The Martin County Sheriff's Office says an armed man was taken into custody following a standoff and 100 mph chase Monday night on Interstate 95.
MCSO says a portion of I-95 southbound between Martin Highway and High Meadow Avenue was closed while deputies apprehended the man, who led deputies on a three-county pursuit on the Treasure Coast.
MCSO says deputies stopped his vehicle on I-95 and entered a standoff with the man after they say he displayed a gun.
The man was taken into custody and lanes were reopened before midnight.
The suspect's name has not been released.
