GIFFORD, Fla. -- A man was arrested after firing shots into a vehicle in Gifford Tuesday morning.
No one was injured in the shooting.
Deputies with the Indian River County Sheriff's Office say Richard Earl Peterson of Gifford is being charged with two counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
He will make his first appearance before a judge on Wednesday morning.
