The Florida Highway Patrol says Desmond Francis Johnson, age 19 of Vero Beach, was possibly struck by an unidentified motor vehicle while he was on his skateboard.
Reported missing since on March 1 his body was found in the bushes in Indian River County Friday evening. The body was on the grass shoulder of County Road 613 near the tree line.
Johnson's next of kin has been notified.
