UPDATE: The city of West Palm Beach now says what it thought was a partial building collapse at Lakeview and Chase was actually part of a demolition.
A PR firm used to occupy the building. The plan was to have the building fall on its side.
A passerby saw it and called 911.
That brought first responders to the scene.
No injuries were reported.

EARLIER:
There has been a partial building collapse at Lakeview Avenue and Chase Avenue Tuesday afternoon, according to the city of West Palm Beach.
North and southbound Chase Avenue is closed at Lakeview and westbound Lakeview is closed coming off the bridge.
Traffic is being detoured to Flagler Drive.
