PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. — Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old in West palm Beach.
Joel Francis, also known as Jojo, lives in the Northwood neighborhood and was last spoken to on Monday at 3:15 p.m. and has not been heard from since.
Joel was last seen wearing navy blue Lacoste brand sliders but his clothing description is unknown.
Anyone with information on Joel Francis' whereabouts is asked to contact the West Palm Beach Police Department.
