A man was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle in West Palm Beach Tuesday evening, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Captain Albert Borroto.
The incident happened just west of Military Trail on Forest Hill Boulevard.
First arriving crews reported the male pedestrian laying on the roadway.
The patient was transported by helicopter to a local trauma center.
