WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A local woman claims she was demoted because she had a baby.
The Palm Beach County School Board is facing a discrimination lawsuit.
Anne Williams Dorsey was Assistant Principal at Turning Points Academy in West Palm Beach.
The complaint accuses the Principal of lowering her pay and changing her hours after she went on maternity leave.
The school district says it's working with the Department of Justice on the matter and has made many changes to practices and procedures since the allegations first came to light in 2010.
