WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Nearly 200 guests gathered in West Palm Beach on Sunday to celebrate the life of Morton Mandel, a long-time resident of Palm Beach who changed countless lives locally, in his hometown of Cleveland, in Israel, and around the world.
He died on October 16 at the age of 98.
Through the Mandel Foundation created with his brothers, Jack and Joe, Mandel donated more than $30 million to local Jewish, educational and cultural organizations.
