EARLIER STORY: A Florida Silver Alert has been issued for an 84-year-old man last seen in West Palm Beach.
Samuel Quinones-Fragoso was last seen Wednesday in the area of the 2000 block of East Carol Circle wearing a beige polo shirt, brown slacks and dark colored shoes.
He may be traveling in a tan 2000 Chevrolet Malibu with Florida tag # Y87BLM.
