SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A man is dead after his vehicle crashed in suburban West Palm Beach Monday afternoon.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office says 59-year-old Toribio Vega was traveling eastbound on Lake Dora Drive when he lost control of his 2006 Chevy pickup for unknown reasons and struck a dumpster before striking several palm trees.
Crews transported him to Wellington Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Officials believe it is possible that he suffered a medical episode, which caused him to lose control of the vehicle.
