WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Phase Two of the Clematis Streetscape project in downtown West Palm Beach began Monday morning.
Mayor Keith James and other city leaders were on hand for a groundbreaking ceremony.

The project is occurring in the 200 block of Clematis Street.
The 100 block of Clematis will stay open until August.
Phase One of the project, which included the 300 block of Clematis St. between S. Dixie Highway and S. Olive Ave., was completed in November.
