WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — A 5-year-old who had his wheelchair taken from his unincorporated West Palm Beach home's front yard in early December has received a new wheelchair.
Jesus Gabriel has spina bifida and without his chair he wasn't able to go to school. The chair was worth about 2 thousand dollars.
After WPTV aired Jesus' story, Ability Medical Supply began working on a new chair for Jesus.
On Tuesday, the wheelchair was delivered. It was gently-used, with all new seating customized to fit Jesus' needs, the company said.
