A crash Monday morning on Interstate 95 north before Okeechobee Boulevard caused traffic to back up to Southern Boulevard.
At 7:30 a.m., three right lanes are blocked. By 8:20 a.m., just the right shoulder was blocked.
UPDATE: Crash in Palm Beach on I-95 north before Exit 70B Okeechobee Blvd and traffic backed up until Southern Blvd, 3 right lanes blocked.
