WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A teen was injured while skateboarding Thursday afternoon in West Palm Beach.
Police say a 15-year-old skateboarder was riding westbound on Flamingo Drive and failed to yield to a car driving northbound on Parker Avenue and was struck.
The teen was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center as a trauma alert.
