A Palm Beach County woman, who snapped a picture with one of the victims in London’s terror attack moments before, found the man’s family to give them the printed photo.
Staci Martin, of Wellington, worked with the Metropolitan police and several reporters to track down Parliament Officer Keith Palmer’s wife and children.
Less than an hour before the attack, according to Martin, she snapped a picture with Palmer because of his “funny hat.” Palmer was killed shortly after.
“As a wife and a mom,” said Martin, “If that was me I would want any last remnant that I could get my hands on so it was really just thinking about getting the picture to them.”
Martin said the metro police officers confirmed the picture was delivered yesterday.
