The founder of the Wellington Polo Club has run out of appeals for his conviction in a DUI manslaughter case.
He was sentenced to 16 years in prison for crashing into the car of 23-year-old Scott Wilson and killing him.
Goodman had unsuccessfully appealed to the Florida Supreme Court to overturn his guilty verdict.
Goodman claimed the Bentley he was driving malfunctioned the night of the crash. He also said he wasn't drunk at the time of the crash.
