A hazmat crew was called to JFK Medical Center following the discovery of a suspicious envelope.
A portion of building was evacuated as a precaution.
Investigators later determined that the envelope did not contain anything harmful.
Fire rescue crews from West Palm Beach and Greenacres as well as Atlantis Police Department were involved in the investigation.
