While the candidates campaign elsewhere Thursday, the must-win state of Florida must not be forgotten.
Donald Trump’s daughters, Ivanka and Tiffany, spent their day in the Sunshine State.
“One of my biggest passions is education,” said Ivanka to the students.
The big-time business woman talked education and gender equality with the high school students.
“Nothing trains you or conditions you for what it’s like when a parent runs for elected office, but to your point with some of the struggles for gender inequality this a very large platform and I hope to be able to continue to advocate.”
While Ivanka mentioned her father’s candidacy a couple of times, the school insists this was not a political event.
Rather the school says this all started because it applied for a grant through Ivanka, adding the kids loved her.
