More than $2 million in counterfeit footwear, handbags, and electronics have been seized at the Port of Palm Beach, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection
The goods came from China and were headed to Nassau, Bahamas, the government said.
“Our CBP officers demonstrate their exceptional skills at identifying counterfeit goods and work well with CBP Import Specialists to protect consumers and ensure that low quality and unsafe products do not enter the commerce of the United States,” Port Director Jennifer Connors said in a statement.
