Two motorcycle riders crashed after one of them struck and killed a pedestrian Tuesday night, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said a female was crossing the 500 block of South Military Trail when a Suzuki driven by 31-year-old Luis Flories Cuni of West Palm Beach struck the pedestrian in the center lane. The impact propelled her to the sidewalk and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ulises Garcia, Jr., 29, of West Palm Beach was in a separate Suzuki and both motorcyclists ended up losing control when the pedestrian was struck.
The riders were ejected and both sustained serious injuries.
According to the sheriff's office, both vehicles were traveling 'at a speed above the posted speed limit.'
The pedestrian was not carrying any ID and has not been identified.
