PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- A pedestrian died Friday night while attempting to cross I-95.
Florida Highway Patrol says 27-year-old Jakiel Allyson Jones of North Palm Beach was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the I-95 northbound lanes near Lantana Road at 8:30 Friday night.
The reason why she crossed the roadway and the crash remains under investigation.
