PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. -- The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is looking for a missing and endangered man, 68-year-old Howard R. Bussard.
Deputies say Bussard left his residence on Breckenridge Circle at 10:30 a.m. Friday on a 2014 Shen brand scooter with Florida tag #5333RW and has not been seen or heard from since.
