The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is releasing a new app for Apple and Android phones.
The free app, "Connect & Protect" will allow citizens to easily report suspicious activity, receive geo-targeted notifications and bulletins from PBSO, get information on sex offenders and predators, recent arrests and get general news about PBSO.
The new app is due to be officially released on today, Thursday, May 5.
