A Palm Beach County Fire Rescue captain is on paid leave after being accused of slamming a man to the ground last month.
The incident happened on July 12
In the video below, you see Captain Andrew Giamberini grab Daniel Castellanos by the neck and slam him onto the ground twice.
The incident began when Castellanos flagged down officers saying he was too intoxicated to drive.
He told deputies to handcuff him before something bad happened.
Castellanos was charged with possession of marijuana.
