The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is no longer bedeviled by a church burglary.
Surveillance video showed a man breaking into Holy Name Catholic Churchin suburban West Palm Beach on January 29th.
After the sheriff's office released surveillance video, and the medial publicized the break-in, several tips were phoned to Crime Stoppers.
It led to the arrest of 36-year-old Jason Street, according to a probable cause affidavit.
He faces charges of burglary and petit theft.
In court Friday morning a judge set his bond at $7,500 and ordered him to have no contact with the church.
