The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has identified the man who was found dead alongside a canal in Loxahatchee Friday as Steven Casey.
Casey was found just before 2 p.m. in the 14900 block of North Road.
Detectives responded to the scene after a passerby called 911 stating he saw what appeared to be a body lying in a ditch near a canal.
