A man was rushed to a local hospital after being struck by a vehicle in Lantana Monday evening.
The crash happened at 8:16 p.m. near South Dixie Highway and Sterns Street.
First-arriving crews reported a person laying in the roadway.
The patient was transported by helicopter to a area hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.
