A child is in the hospital recovering after falling off an amusement ride at Oktoberfest Saturday night.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue responded to the American German Club in Lantana.
First arriving crews reported a child that had fallen off one of the rides.
The pre-school aged child was taken by Trauma Hawk to a local hospital.
