The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is searching for a missing endangered 60-year-old Lake Worth man.
Officials say, Tony Nelson walked away from Crest Manor Assisted Living facility located in the 500 block of 3rd Ave South in Lake Worth. He was last seen Tuesday at 5:30 a.m.
Mr. Nelson suffers from dementia.
