LAKE WORTH, Fla. -- The remains of 25 United States veterans were laid to rest on Saturday in Lake Worth.
It took place at the South Florida National Cemetery, organized by the Missing In America Project.
The project's purpose is to locate, identify, and inter the unclaimed cremated remains of American military veterans.
Through the joint efforts of private, state, and federal organizations the program provides honor, respect, and dignity to those who have served our country by securing a final resting place for these forgotten heroes.
