At 17-year-old, Johanna Orozco was shot in the face with a sawed off shotgun by her former high school boyfriend.
She had to endure a medical marathon of reconstructive surgeries. Now she is using her story to help others prevent violence.
On Tuesday, she is scheduled to speak to students at Boynton Beach Community High School about her life.
