A popular taco restaurant on Lake Worth Road was temporarily closed because of what state inspectors call "unsanitary conditions."

Inspectors said they found about two dozen live flying insects inside the kitchen of Tacos Al Carbon, located at 4420 Lake Worth Rd.
Inspectors also found raw food stored over ready to eat food, as well as cold food that's supposed to be held at 41 degrees. The food was actually being held at temperatures 20 degrees warmer.
